new {old} roaster is finished
our new {old} Petroncini is finally ready, there were a few trying moments, two bolts that took a few minutes to take apart, took two hours to get back together, we also had a box of miscellaneous parts that we had to guess where they went……

All of the 36 parts we took to get sandblasted and high temperature powder-coated came back all looking in excellent condition, which is always good, with a roaster this old it’s tough getting replacement parts if something gets lost/broken.

We got this roaster in Bologna, yeah it doesn’t look like much now but we will get there in the end, it’s old, not sure exactly but it looks like this is it’s third rebuild, my guess is from the 60’s.
