On Friday we had 4 blokes from Atomic come down for some coffee cupping, Ewan brought down:
Burundi
Ethiopia Harrar
Brasil
Laos natural robusta
Laos washed robusta
Sulawesi
and we put up:
Uganda Gumuntindo

Kenya peaberry
Burundi
Sulawesi
Both Sulawesi coffees were super sweet and juicy like pineapple, all the Africans were great, standouts were the Harrar and the Kenya peaberry.

All of the 36 parts we took to get sandblasted and high temperature powder-coated came back all looking in excellent condition, which is always good, with a roaster this old it’s tough getting replacement parts if something gets lost/broken.
